During WWII, Tugger (Jim Belushi) got injured and his engine fan was
replaced by a real aeroplane propeller. From that day on Tugger knew
that, just like a real aeroplane, he would one day fly. Now that the
war is over Tugger has a job pulling aeroplanes at an Airport where his
best friend Shorty are constantly in trouble with the tower chief, an
ex-marine and Chief's crazy dog Max, who chases after Tuggers tires. In
this adventure, Tugger and Shorty overcome great obstacles and realise
that dreams can be powerful.
