PALplan Terms and Conditions

  1. My credit card will be charged $14.95 inc gst immediately and my subscription date starts today.
  2. The subscription details I have supplied are true and correct.
  3. I have authorisation to use the supplied credit card for monthly payments.
  4. If a film is unable to be supplied for the month it will be replaced at the discretion of Heritage HM with a film of equal quality and value.
  5. If I am unhappy with any of the films I receive I can request a replacement from Heritage HM. I will be responsible for the cost of sending the DVD back to Heritage HM that I require to be replaced.
  6. I acknowledge that I can cancel my subscription at any time by contacting Heritage HM at least 1 week before the 1st if the month to advise of my cancellation.
